Ingredients

  • 2 cups ciabatta
  • 2 cups packed and cooking chorizo cut into halves sized or lengthwise
  • 1 cup pesto
  • 1 cup the roasted red pepper
  • Handful of the rockets
  • Some salt to taste
  • Some ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat an oven at 450 degrees F
  • Take out the griddle pan on medium heat, then put the ciabatta to heat up
  • Then put the chorizo for 5 minutes. Until they are cooked and charred
  • Let them open the warm ciabatta, then spread them pesto, then make a layer of the red peppers. Then heat up chorizo. Then put the rocket, then put the ciabatta together. Then cut them in two halves
  • Then serve them and enjoy

To make ultimate chorizo ciabatta, Preheat an oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Crusty Ciabatta, and spicy chorizo, an even touch of pesto and sweet cooked peppers make a moreish blend. Serve warm and enjoy your supper.
