- 500 grams boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp ground cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp hot chili powder
- 2 cups natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 large sized green chili deseeded, and finely chopped
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp whole spice powder
- 2 tbsp fenugreek powder
- 3 tbsp the tomato puree
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 4 tbsp flaked almonds(toasted)
- 1 bowl boil rice
- 1 wheat bread
- Someone lemon wedges
- Lime pickle
- Freshly chopped parsley
Instructions
- Then let them marinade for about 2 hours. Till then nonstick sauteing pan add the olive oil, add the onions, garlic, green chili, and ginger. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper to taste
- Then let them heat for 10 minutes until they are softened
- Then add the tomato puree then let them cook for 2minutes
- Then add the chicken stock and marinated chicken
- Then let then cool for about 10 minutes. Then add the remaining marinade in the pan. Let them simmer for about 5 minutes. Then sprinkle some roasted almonds on them
- Serving them with rice, bread, lime wedges and lime pickle
- Serve them and enjoy
