- 2 cups roasted vegetables
- 1 can kidney beans dipped in chili sauce
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- ⅓ cup ready-to-eat mixed grain
- Some salt to taste
- Some ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat an oven at 450 degrees F
- Take a baking dish grease them with some olive oil put the vegetables in a casserole dish let them bake for about 15 minutes
- Then put the beans, tomatoes, sprinkle some salt and black pepper to taste and let them cook for another 15 minutes
- Then remove them and serve with chili
Notes
In order to make vegetarian chili, Preheat an oven at 450 degrees F. Heat oiil at medium flame for sauteing the vegetables. Carefully follow all steps and use ingredients according to your taste.
