- 1 tbsp unsalted melted butter
- 1 small sized chopped onion
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- chicken broth (undiluted)
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ tsp red pepper
- 3 cups cube sized turkey breasts
- 2 cups frozen peas and carrots, thawed
- 12 ounces buttermilk biscuits
Instructions
- Preheat an oven at 450 degrees F
- Take an ovenproof skillet and add some melted butter. Then add the onions let them sauté for about 4 minutes until they are softened and golden brown
- Take a bowl add flour, broth, milk, and pepper stir them to combine until they are well combined
- Then stir them in the pan, let them boil while stirring occasionally. Let them cook for about 2 minutes. Then add the turkey and frozen vegetables. Let them heat through
- Then arrange the biscuits on the top. Transfer them to the oven and let them bake for about 20 minutes until they are turned into golden brown
- Then serve them and enjoy
