Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp unsalted melted butter
  • 1 small sized chopped onion
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • chicken broth (undiluted)
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ tsp red pepper
  • 3 cups cube sized turkey breasts
  • 2 cups frozen peas and carrots, thawed
  • 12 ounces buttermilk biscuits

Instructions

  • Preheat an oven at 450 degrees F
  • Take an ovenproof skillet and add some melted butter. Then add the onions let them sauté for about 4 minutes until they are softened and golden brown
  • Take a bowl add flour, broth, milk, and pepper stir them to combine until they are well combined
  • Then stir them in the pan, let them boil while stirring occasionally. Let them cook for about 2 minutes. Then add the turkey and frozen vegetables. Let them heat through
  • Then arrange the biscuits on the top. Transfer them to the oven and let them bake for about 20 minutes until they are turned into golden brown
  • Then serve them and enjoy
