  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 7 potatoes peeled and cut them in diced form
  • 5 medium-sized carrots thinly sliced
  • 1 medium-sized turnip peeled and cut into cube sized
  • 1 large sized onion, cut then into wedges
  • 6 ounces cooked ham cut them in thin slices
  • 5 tbsp thawed orange juice
  • 3 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tbsp grated orange zest
  • 1 tsp coarsely ground black pepper


  • Preheat an oven at 450 degrees F
  • Grease the baking pan, with some olive oil
  • Then add the potatoes, turnip, carrots, and onion
  • Drizzle some olive oil
  • Transfer the baking pan to the oven and let them bake for about 30 minutes
  • Then remove them and put the sliced of the ham over the vegetables
