Ingredients

  • 2 Cups hand torn broccoli florets
  • 1 cup baby carrots halvedor lengthwise
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp freshly minced ginger root
  • Some salt to taste
  • Some ground black pepper to taste
  • 4 boneless and skinless pork loin chops
  • 5 tbsp sodium-reduced teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions
