Ingredients

  • 3 cups ●    peeled and grated potatoes
  • 2 cups ●    grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 spring onions finely chopped
  • 2 golden eggs
  • 500 grams short crust pastry
  • Some all-purpose flour for dusting
  • 2 tbsp marmite

Instructions

  • Take a bowl add the grated potatoes, cheese, breadcrumbs, and spring onions. Then add the egg, sprinkle some salt and black pepper. Then stir them together until they are well combined
  • Take out the pastry sheets and then roll on them like a thick coin
  • Use a pastry cutter and cut the circles. Take a bowl add the marmite and then add the splash of water on then so that it has less consistency
  • Then brush them on the circles then spread the beaten eggs on the edges. Then pinch the sides of the pastries. Then transfer the pastries to the baking oven and then bake them for about 50 minutes until it turns into golden brown and crispy
  • Then serve them and enjoy
